Hi Mom Tu Tu. I'm here for the party! I found it difficult to get readers at first too. I found that visiting other blogs and always leaving comments helped to generate visitors. Plus, make sure you list your blog on as many blog directories as you can. Happy party!

I agree with wat Shane said about visiting and leaving comments. In addition, joining some "carnivals" will add traffic and comments aside from meeting other bloggers and learning from them. You're invited to visit my blog too :) (There you'll see some of the "carnivals" I participate with. Blogging is fun. It's actually addicting :)
and oh, another tip...adding a lot of links to other blogs in your side bar (the one you like) will help too. And in turn, hopefully the add yours to their side bar also. This slowly but surely gives you new visitors :)

I found one of the quickest ways to get readers was just as Shane said. Visit other blogs and make comments on them. Join blog rolls. Post regularly... I've started visiting lots of blogs and would give up after a while because they might stop posting for a month or two. I'll definitely be back to see you though :-)
